These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Sampurn Shiksha Group's Website, located at https://sampurnshiksha.com.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Sampurn Shiksha Group if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
One-time membership fee of Rs. 499/- is applicable for all the students.
Students will be entitled to get this scholarship just after having the membership of the RMECT.
In the case of non-availability of the seat, students may wait for the next session.
Change of course or college after allotment of a seat - Rs. 6000/- will be charged.
It is mandatory for students to stay in the hostel with food facility (paid service) for the entire duration of the course once they are admitted with admission facility.
Students have to visit the sampurn shiksha Group office along with their parents and the necessary documents like ID proof and membership coupon of the NGO. Students who have completed 10th, 12th, and Graduation final year are only eligible for those memberships, while students who are appearing for 10th Std. / 12th Std. / Graduation Final year examination can also apply.
Once the admission process is done, the student and parent will be given one day's stay with a food facility in college or as per the allotted center for reporting.
If any student receives a membership coupon from anywhere other than the SSG Office, those coupons will not be applicable without the student's official signature and a generated code. Any Branch/Divisional/Regional or Zonal office is not authorized to issue a membership coupon and collect any kind of extra charges. If any student or parents find this happening, they may contact the Branch/Divisional/Regional or Zonal office, the Registered/Corporate office, any Board of Governing, or any number as per the details mentioned on the website.
Membership is valid for 3 years and membership charges are not refundable but is transferable to a blood relative (brother/sister).
It is mandatory for all the students to produce the original documents for the purpose of verification and getting admission to the chosen course. If any student produces forged documents for verification, he/she shall be liable for legal action, and his/her membership coupon will be rejected and canceled.
The student is not liable to pay tuition fees for the complete duration of the course. He/She is only liable to pay the lodging, food charge, examination fee, university charges, uniform fee, and miscellaneous charges. Students have to bear their own expenses while returning to the college. Late reporting to the college can cause the cancellation of admission.
Incomplete forms will not be accepted and processed, either submitted by the coordinator or the student directly.
All students are requested to take a pledge to help the poor students after completing his/her degree course and also take a pledge not to give and take dowry.
The students and parents of SSG are requested to attend a yearly meeting which will be scheduled once in a year in an intimated date and venue.
If anybody demands more than Rs. 499/-, immediately contact the SSG Office.

Forms number on the form is already registered in the trust.
Xerox or photocopy of the form is of no use.

नियम और शर्तें
NGO की प्राथमिक सदस्यता शुल्क 499/- रुपये है, जो सभी छात्रों के लिए लागू है।
छात्र इस छात्रवृत्ति को प्राप्त करने के लिए केवल ट्रस्ट की सदस्यता लेने के बाद पात्र होंगे।
सीट की अनुपलब्धता की स्थिति में, छात्र अगले सत्र का इंतजार कर सकते हैं।
सीट आवंटन के बाद कोर्स या कॉलेज बदलने पर 6000/- रुपये का शुल्क लिया जाएगा।
प्रवेश सुविधा के तहत प्रवेश पाने वाले सभी छात्रों को कोर्स की पूरी अवधि तक हॉस्टल में भोजन सुविधा (भुगतान सेवा) के साथ रहना अनिवार्य है।
छात्र को अपने माता-पिता और आवश्यक दस्तावेजों (जैसे आईडी प्रूफ और NGO की सदस्यता कूपन) के साथ एसएसजी कार्यालय जाना होगा। जो छात्र 10वीं, 12वीं और स्नातक की अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण कर चुके हैं, वे ही इस सदस्यता के लिए पात्र हैं, जबकि जो छात्र 10वीं/12वीं/स्नातक की अंतिम वर्ष की परीक्षा दे रहे हैं, वे भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
प्रवेश प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद, छात्र और माता-पिता को रिपोर्टिंग के लिए कॉलेज या आवंटित केंद्र में एक दिन की ठहरने और भोजन की सुविधा प्रदान की जाएगी।
यदि कोई छात्र एसएसजी कार्यालय के अलावा किसी अन्य स्थान से सदस्यता कूपन प्राप्त करता है, तो वह तब तक मान्य नहीं होगा जब तक कि उस पर छात्र का आधिकारिक हस्ताक्षर और एक जेनरेटेड कोड नहीं हो। कोई भी शाखा/डिविजनल/रीजनल या ज़ोनल कार्यालय सदस्यता कूपन जारी करने और कोई अतिरिक्त शुल्क लेने के लिए अधिकृत नहीं है। यदि किसी छात्र या माता-पिता को इस तरह की गतिविधि होती दिखे, तो वे तुरंत संबंधित शाखा/डिविजनल/रीजनल/ज़ोनल कार्यालय, रजिस्टर्ड/कॉर्पोरेट कार्यालय, गवर्निंग बोर्ड, या वेबसाइट पर दिए गए नंबर पर संपर्क कर सकते हैं।
सदस्यता 3 वर्षों के लिए मान्य होगी और सदस्यता शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा, लेकिन इसे रक्त संबंधी (भाई/बहन) को हस्तांतरित किया जा सकता है।
सभी छात्रों के लिए सत्यापन और चुने गए कोर्स में प्रवेश प्राप्त करने के लिए मूल दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है। यदि कोई छात्र जाली दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करता है, तो वह कानूनी कार्रवाई के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा और उसका सदस्यता कूपन अस्वीकार और रद्द कर दिया जाएगा।
छात्र पूरे कोर्स की अवधि के लिए ट्यूशन फीस देने के लिए बाध्य नहीं होगा। उसे केवल लॉजिंग, भोजन शुल्क, परीक्षा शुल्क, विश्वविद्यालय शुल्क, यूनिफॉर्म शुल्क और अन्य विविध शुल्कों का भुगतान करना होगा। छात्रों को अपने खर्च पर कॉलेज लौटना होगा। देर से रिपोर्ट करने पर प्रवेश रद्द किया जा सकता है।
अपूर्ण फॉर्म स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे और न ही इनका प्रसंस्करण किया जाएगा, चाहे वह समन्वयक द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया गया हो या छात्र द्वारा सीधे।
सभी छात्रों से अनुरोध है कि वे अपनी डिग्री पूरी करने के बाद गरीब छात्रों की मदद करने की शपथ लें और दहेज न लेने और न देने की भी शपथ लें।
एसएसजी के छात्रों और माता-पिता से अनुरोध है कि वे वार्षिक बैठक में भाग लें, जो हर वर्ष एक निर्धारित तिथि और स्थान पर आयोजित की जाएगी।
यदि कोई व्यक्ति 499/- रुपये से अधिक की मांग करता है, तो तुरंत एसएसजी कार्यालय से संपर्क करें।
